Compliments, Comments and Complaints
Our staff are committed to providing the highest quality care to patients and visitors.
Each year, we get thousands of cards and compliments but we realise that from time to time you may have concerns, and we want to know when things are not as they should be. Please be reassured that care will not be adversely affected by any concerns raised with us. In the first instance Matrons, Ward Sisters or clinic staff may well be able to resolve any concerns you have and we would encourage you to contact them in the first instance. However, if you would like to discuss matters further, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service – or PALS - PALS who would be happy to provide advice. PALS are available Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm: they can be found at the junction of the link corridor and Bearnard Meade Wing. Ask a volunteer or a member of staff to show you the way.

Media enquiries
Kingston Hospital's Communications Team handles hundreds of enquiries each year. The team is also responsible for the internet, internal communications and many of the Trust's publications. it also provides support and advice to the Trust on a range of other communications issues.
During working hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm) please call the Communications Team direct on 0208 934 3843. For out of hours or weekends, call the main switchboard on 0208 546 7711 and ask for the duty press officer or email comms@kingstonhospital.nhs.uk
Filming requests
Kingston Hospital will consider requests for filming but always puts patient and staff consideration first. Production teams will need to be accompanied by a member of the team on site at all times, and for this a fee may be payable. For media enquiries about the Trust or to request filming permissions, email comms@kingstonhospital.nhs.uk
