If you have been bereaved, we will do our upmost to help you at this difficult time.

The bereavement office is managed by Clare Ward.  To ensure all visitors can receive support and discuss matters confidentially, we respectfully ask you to cooperate with the strict appointment system that is in place to protect everyone’s privacy in their grief.  Please do not attend the office without an appointment.

Please make an appointment by contacting the bereavement office on 0208 934 3355.  Appointments can be allocated once the legal administration is complete. Depending on individual circumstances, this may take several days. Please be aware that clearance from the coroner’s office may be required prior to documents being released, which can take a little longer.

Viewings

If you would like the opportunity to spend some time with your loved one, a viewing  can be arranged within normal working hours by ringing either the bereavement office or the mortuary direct on 0208 934 2643/4. Viewings are by appointment only and subject to availability of the viewing room.  Your funeral director can also provide this service.
