Trust Board

Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

Following the announcement by the Prime Minister that the public must avoid non-essential contact with other people, we have taken the decision not to hold Board meetings in public until further notice.

Papers for Board meetings will still be published on the Trust’s website and you are welcome to send questions for consideration by the Board to the Director of Corporate Governance & Company Secretary (Susan Simpson) at before the meeting. In the absence of being able to provide access to the meeting in real time, we have published the draft minutes of the meeting held 2nd April 2020 (here) for information. Please note that minutes are not finalised until the next meeting of the Trust Board and therefore these minutes may be subject to change.
